A Bill entitled The Stamp Duties Amendment Ordinance

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hongkong, with the advice of the Legislative Council thereof as follows:-
Policy of 1.
Article 29 of the Schedule to Insurance Ordinance No. 160 of 1886 is hereby repealed,
The following Article shall be substituted for it.
27. Policy or Risk note Insurance, for each copy and every renewal (1) Marine or Life Insurance. (11) Fire Insurance;
If issued by a Company registered in the Colony 10 cents If issued by any other Company or person, to 50 cents on every $100 or part thereof up to $100 and be charged at 25 cents on every succeeding $100 or part thereof. The Premium paidOr
